Farm World's GT For Free Car Giveaway (the "Contest")

This Contest is intended for viewing and participation in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba, excluding all other provinces and territories. Do not proceed if you are not a legal resident of Saskatchewan, Alberta, or Manitoba or are a resident of another province, territory, or state. No purchase necessary.

Contest Duration

The Contest starts on Saturday July 11, 2009 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Contest Period").

The Prize

There is one (1) Prize available to be won in this Contest, consisting of one (1) Mustang GT. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $45000.00 CAD. Colour, accessories and other specifics of the Prize will be at the sole discretion of Farm World.

The Prize Winner will personally take delivery of the vehicle from Farm World at Main Street, Kinistino, Saskatchewan within two (2) weeks following the Prize Draw Date. Farm World is not responsible for any costs associated with the winner's transportation to or from the Delivery Point. The Grand Prize vehicle will not be released unless the Prize winner first shows proof of having a valid Canadian driver's license and proof of insurance. Approximate retail value of the vehicle portion of the Prize excludes all costs related to the acquisition, use or operation of the vehicle, including without limitation, licensing, vehicle registration and insurance. All taxes on the Prize other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize winner will acknowledge that the Prize vehicle will have been used by Farm World for promotional purposes during the Contest Period and that the vehicle will have accumulated mileage prior to delivery to the Prize winner.

The Prize in this Contest must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, changed, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize in this Contest depends upon the number of eligible entries received.

How to Participate

There are three (3) ways to enter this Contest:

1. Enter Online

   You may enter the Contest by visiting one of our three locations to pick up a password then browsing to the Farm World GT for Free Giveaway web site at www.farmworld.ca/gtforfree.html Fully complete the entry form using your password, confirm compliance with the Contest rules and press "submit" and you will be automatically entered into the Contest. Online entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified or tampered with in any way.

2. Test Drive to enter

   You may also enter the Contest by holding an on-farm or on-acreage demonstration of a New Holland Tractor or New Holland Zero Turn Mower. One of our professionals will deliver and demonstrate the operation of the equipment, and then you take over. The Farm World professional will present you with a paper ballot which the professional will return to Farm World for manual entry.

3. Make a purchase to receive automatic entries as follows to increase your chances of winning. Purchases will entitle you to additional entries as follows:
   1. 1 entry for every $2500.00 of Parts and Service not including taxes to be verified at the time of entry into the Contest purchased between July 11, 2009 and June 1, 2010. Example: Purchases total $20,000.00 would qualify for 8 entries. After the June 1, 2010, Farm World staff or an independant contest administrator will investigate each account and make the appropriate ballots per account purchases.
   2. 2 entries for every New Holland zero turn mower purchased from Farm World by June 1, 2010. This applies to new equipment only; there will be no ballots. Your salesperson will collect the appropriate information from you for manual entry into the Contest.
   3. 5 entries for every New Holland T1000 or T2000 series tractor purchased by June 1, 2010. This applies to new equipment only; there will be no ballots. Your salesperson will collect the appropriate information from you for manual entry into the Contest.
   4. 7 entries for every New Holland T3000 or T4000 series tractor purchased by June 1, 2010. This applies to new equipment only; there will be no ballots. Your salesperson will collect the appropriate information from you for manual entry into the Contest.
   5. 10 entries for every New Holland T5000 or T6000 series tractor purchased by June 1, 2010. This applies to new equipment only; there will be no ballots. Your salesperson will collect the appropriate information from you for manual entry into the Contest.
   6. 15 entries for every New Holland T7000 or T8000 series tractor purchased by June 1, 2010. This applies to new equipment only; there will be no ballots. Your salesperson will collect the appropriate information from you for manual entry into the Contest.

Limit one (1) entry per password provided during the Contest Period.

No responsibility is assumed by Farm World, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, for any disruption to telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of any entry to be received because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, as well as lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries which for any reason are not received.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of participation in this Contest, excluding residents of all other provinces and territories.

You are not eligible if you are an employee, representative or agent of Farm World, or any of Farm World's affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies or a member of the immediate family or household of any of the above persons.

Farm World assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries, as well as any printing, administrative or other error of any kind in connection with this Contest. Farm World assumes no responsibility or liability resulting from user attempts to participate in this Contest or, if required, download any information necessary to participate in this Contest.

Entries will be accepted during the Contest Period only.

Selection Process

On Saturday, June 12 no earlier than 11:00 AM CST and no later than 3:00 PM CST, a random selection of twelve (12) names will occur at regular intervals from the pool of eligible entries. Each selected entrant that is in attendance of Farm World Kinistino's Grand Opening Celebration will receive a key. If the entrant is not present at the time of the selection, the entrant will be declared ineligible and a new entrant will be randomly selected for that key. One (1) of the keys will start the Prize available in this Contest and the selected entrant with that key will be declared the winner in accordance with these rules.

In order to be declared the Winner of the Prize, the selected entrant must complete and sign a Release & Indemnity Form and correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or electronic aid, to be administered on the Contest entry form. There will be only one (1) opportunity to answer the mathematical skill-testing question. An eligible entrant who provides an incorrect answer will no longer be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest. The procedure outlined above will be followed until the Prize in this Contest has been awarded.

The selected entrant will have seven (7) days to return their Release & Indemnity Form to the independent contest administrator. If a selected entrant does not return their Release & Indemnity Form within seven (7) days, the entrant will be declared ineligible and another entrant will be selected in accordance with these rules.

Entries

All entries become the property of Farm World and none shall be returned. By entering this Contest, entrants indicate their consent to their personal information being stored, used and processed for purposes concerning this Contest by Farm World. The declared Prize Winner's information including their names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses, will be shared with Farm World and the independent contest administrator, as required to award the Prize in this Contest.

Rights Reserved

The Prize available in this Contest must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable and no substitutions will be made, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Farm World's sole discretion. Farm World reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value in the event that, for reasons beyond its control, Farm World is unable to award the Prize as described in these rules.

In the event that the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, errors in programming, printing, distribution or production errors or any other errors or other causes of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Farm World and/or their agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Farm World reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, at Farm World's sole discretion, without advance notice.

Farm World reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be in violation of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations or tampering with the Contest process. Farm World reserves the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to participate. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is in violation of criminal and civil laws and Farm World reserves the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

General

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and with the decisions of Farm World and/or the independent contest administrator, which are irrevocable and shall be legally binding in all instances.

By participating in this Contest, the Prize Winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release Form in the manner prescribed herein, releasing Farm World, their affiliates, respective advertising and promotional agencies, and the independent contest administrator from any liability in connection with this Contest or the Prize awarded.

By participating in this Contest, all entrants agree to the use of their name, address (city and province only), photo, and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes relating exclusively to Farm World and this Contest without compensation.

By accepting the Prize in this Contest, the Prize Winner absolves Farm World, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of this Contest and use of the Prize. The Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of the Prize.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person entering the Contest electronically, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria of this Contest. "Authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an e-mail address and/or telephone number, by an Internet service provider, on-line service provider, telephone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

This Contest and the terms and conditions contained in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in the applicable court in Melfort, Saskatchewan, Canada.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
